How much is delivery?
Shipping depends on where you need to order to be delivered to, as well as how big the order is. We do offer free shipping on orders over certain amounts.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to any doorstep or office in South Africa!
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Processing takes 1-2 business days and delivery takes 2-4 days.
Can I have my box delivered on a specific date?
Of course! Just tell us the date you’d like the parcel to be delivered on in the ‘notes’ section at the checkout.
Do you do returns or exchanges?
Please contact us within 7 days to make a return (Delivery cost will be for your own account).
Unfortunately, we don’t do exchanges and customized items cannot be returned.
I don’t see what I’m looking for. Can I customize a package?
Yes! Please send us an email to email@example.com with your ideas and we will get in touch with you.
How do the packages arrive?
Each gift is carefully packaged by us in a custom box in tissue paper, and finished off with a handwritten card.
Can I add a personal note to my package?
Yes we would recommend it! Just write what you’d like to say in the ‘message’ section at the checkout and we will make sure a handwritten card with your message is included.
Can I order multiple gift packages for my bridal party or corporate event?
Yes please! Please email us if you have personal specifications and we will create the perfect offering especially for you.
Will there be a discount on bulk orders?
Yes! Please chat to us about your needs.
How far in advance should I order if I want more than 10 boxes?
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for bulk orders.
What’s included in each gift box?
On each gift box product page we have a complete list of what is included in each box. In the physical end product we never include pricing or purchase information.
Do we sell gift vouchers?
Unfortunately at this point in our business we do not offer gift vouchers. We have received requests for this option and are working on offering them in the near future. Should you wish to purchase something as a gift you are more than welcome to.
Are our products gluten free?
Some of our products, namely the bath soaks, bath milks and some of the bath bombs and steamers, contain oats, but the other product ranges do not. We are however not a gluten free facility and cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination of gluten.
Do you do animal testing, or use raw ingredients that have been tested on animals?
None of our products is tested on animals, and we also do not support companies who do animal testing. Our raw ingredients are also safe and ethically sourced. We do however always test our products on ourselves in order to check for quality, consistency and efficacy.
Essential oils and pregnancy?
Some essential oils are not recommended for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Although most of our products are made using a low concentration of essential oils we still err on the side of caution, and we would recommend double-checking with your medical practitioner before use.
Reactions and allergies?
Whilst we endeavour to be as natural as possible, we recommend that you always first do a patch test before using any of our products. Read ingredient lists before purchasing the products, they are available on the website. Should you have known allergies or sensitivities you will need to take this into consideration.
Why does my bath/shower floor get oily?
This is due to the carrier oil and essential oils in the bath bombs, steamers, salts and soaks. We do not use excessive amounts so there should not be too much slipperiness but please err on the side of caution when getting in and out of your bath/shower. Some of the natural colourants can stain the bath/shower, so always wash the bath/floor afterwards.
